Profit Sharing Plan The most tangible reward for Consultants is the Profit Sharing Plan. TSRI contributes a percentage of your salary to the Profit Sharing Plan, that has ranged from 8% to 12% per year. Your first year of employment is your qualifying year. You will be vested in increments of 20% per year thereafter. |

Holidays TSRI offers six paid holidays. If you meet the qualifications, you will be paid for eight hours on those holidays, regardless of the amount of time you have been an employee of TSRI. |
